Do you have any minimums?
No, we do not have a minimum requirement for purchases. However, orders of 5 or more pieces are eligible for additional discounts. Orders are not limited to one model and may be mixed and matched. Our pricing model factors in both order size and frequency.
Yes, drop shipping services are available to preferred wholesale members (see additional fee information above). We are happy to warehouse your inventory and drop ship as your items sell. Our name, European Luxury Imports, will not appear in or on the shipping materials. We will include any and all of your paperwork to help promote your business. You can send packing slips and additional materials in .pdf format to your wholesale representative.

What if my order is out of stock?
We keep europeanluxuryimports.com's inventory up to date real time, and have sufficient quantities on hand to fulfill orders. On rare occassions something you order may be out of stock while still showing orderable on the site. If this were to happen, you will be notified via email if we are unable to fulfill the order and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card. It is your responsibility to contact and credit your customer.
European Luxury Imports is not responsible for fraudulent orders placed by your customers. It is the responsibility of our wholesale clients to verify their customer’s billing information before placing the order with us. We recommend that you work with your credit card processor and keep current on all anti-fraud methodologies.

All orders are shipped via a shipping carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx). We will supply a tracking number for each order that has been shipped. You will also receive automated email updates via the shipping carrier. Generally, domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. International orders are shipped within 2-3 business days because there is a 24-36 hour delay to verify credit card information.
Therefore, most orders should be received within 4-7 business days from the time you place your order. Again, please note shipping times will vary for international orders. Weekends and holidays will typically add time to the process.
Once registered, all orders are placed through our wholesale website at www.EuropeanLuxuryImports.com. You will be able to access the site through a secure log-in and password that we will provide. All of your personal information is protected by our Secure Server Software (SSL). The SSL software fully encrypts and protects all of your personal information so it cannot be read by anyone over the Internet.
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Discover, and money orders. We also accept bank wire transfers. If you choose to pay via bank wire transfer you may be eligible for an additional discount.
Orders are not binding until payment has been accepted and verified.
Inventory availability is listed on our wholesale website

European Luxury Imports is not responsible if a product is not in stock at the time of purchase. Many of our handbags are limited edition or rare, hard to find models, therefore product availability is based on a first come, first served basis.
European Luxury Imports is based in the State of Alabama, USA. It is also our responsibility to charge Alabama state tax (and city and county taxes in some cases) to any order that is shipped within the State of Alabama.
